By accessing the website or booking a service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to book services.
2. Services
We provide home services such as AC servicing, installation and repair, cleaning, tank cleaning, pest control, appliance repair, electrician and plumber services. Prices displayed are starting prices inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Spare parts, materials, gas refills or additional work found necessary on inspection are charged extra and are always quoted to you before work begins. You may decline additional work.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive an order number on the website and our team confirms the slot by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp. Slots are subject to technician availability within our service area (Fatehpur). If we cannot serve your location or slot, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments can be made online through our authorised payment partners (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets) or, where enabled, after service completion. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details; payments are processed securely by the payment gateway. In case of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund any amount paid.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide correct name, contact number and full service address.
- Ensure an adult is present at the premises during the service.
- Provide access to electricity, water and the area to be serviced.
- Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Warranty
Eligible services carry a service warranty as mentioned on the service page (for example, 30 days for general pest control). The warranty covers re-doing the same service for the same issue and does not cover physical damage, misuse, power fluctuations or parts not supplied by us.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, indirect or consequential losses. Any damage caused directly by our technician must be reported within 48 hours with photographs, and will be investigated and resolved fairly.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the website, make fraudulent bookings, abuse our staff, or attempt to interfere with the security of the website.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website including logo, text and design belongs to Monu Enterprises and may not be copied without permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
