This policy applies to all services booked on home.monuenterprises.online with Monu Enterprises.
1. Cancellation by customer
- More than 4 hours before the scheduled slot: free cancellation, 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Within 4 hours of the scheduled slot: a cancellation fee of up to Rs. 99 may be deducted to cover technician travel; the balance is refunded.
- After the technician has reached your location: the visit/inspection charge of the booked service may be deducted.
- You can cancel by calling +91 6307209107, writing to support@monuenterprises.in, or through WhatsApp with your order number.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booking free of cost up to 2 hours before the slot, subject to availability.
3. Cancellation by us
If we are unable to provide the service (no technician available, location outside service area, or any other reason), we will cancel the booking and refund 100% of the amount paid.
4. Service quality complaints
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, inform us within 48 hours. We will first arrange a free re-service for the same issue. If the issue still cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund will be considered after review.
5. Refund timeline and mode
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days.
- The amount is credited to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking / wallet) within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank.
- For pay-after-service orders, no refund is applicable as payment is collected only after service.
6. Non-refundable items
Spare parts, gas and materials that have already been installed or used are non-refundable, but are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.
7. Failed or double payments
If money is deducted but the order shows as failed, or you are charged twice, the extra amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway or by us within 5-7 working days. Contact support@monuenterprises.in with the transaction ID if not received.
